Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Business Studies and Economics lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment that promotes critical thinking and analytical skills.

Develop students' understanding of business concepts, economic principles, and real-world applications.

Assess, monitor, and evaluate students' academic progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.

Prepare lesson plans, assessments, examinations, and student progress reports.

Encourage students to develop problem-solving, decision-making, and financial literacy skills.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student achievement.

Participate in school meetings, professional development programmes, and extracurricular activities.

Ensure compliance with ADEK regulations and school policies.
